Local transportation for the [New State] community

[New State] is a nursery for the production of better people. Better is defined as healthy, intelligent, attractive, and marketable [Better 4]. Better for them, better for you, better for me, and better for society.

Transportation design will make an effort to emphasize the needs of kids and young adults. The design of the community, especially in residential zones, and where possible, will direct car traffic around, underneath, or yield to pedestrian traffic.
An example of possibilities: The High Line is a 1.45-mile-long New York City linear park built in Manhattan on an elevated section of a disused New York Central Railroad.

Pedestrian is classified as any people mover that is light and slow, such as people, strollers, skate boards, skates, bicycles, cargo bikes, segways, electric scooters, mobility scooters, electric carts, etc.
Denmark is one of the European countries that takes light transports seriously.

There is a huge variety of cargo bikes and light utility vehicles that already exist for needs such as food runs, mail delivery and trash collection.

Most vehicles, most of the time, transport only one person. If vehicles are smaller, streets and parking lots are smaller. This allows residential and commercial zones to be built closer to each other, further expanding the reach of light vehicles.

The location of the [New State] community with regard to the climate in that area will be taken into consideration as to the practicality of this design. Some places might be too hot or cold to ride a cargo bike to pick up groceries, for example.
Maybe green tunnels can be an affordable shady solution.

The intent of this design is to create a community that allows kids a safe play space and access to large areas of residential and commercial zones without parents needing to watch over them like hawks. Plus, give locals a way to shop or work close to home without getting into a car.
